Love getting my nails done here. They always last for weeks afterwards!

I booked in for the 6.30pm appointment on Saturday using the app just before 6pm and I felt the staff weren’t happy I was there, as if they had already prepared themselves to go home. I felt uncomfortable as if I was in the wrong but the app said the appointment was available.
I felt the staff member who did my nails was rushing, didn’t spend enough time doing my cuticles - very unfinished, there was coloured shellac on skin and you can see where she didn’t cover the whole nail on 3 fingers. I also asked for Glitter Ombré on my ring finger, providing her with a photo. I have got this design done here before but she was very blunt with my colour choice making me change it and then did it wrong twice and when I said it was ok to just leave it as one colour she wasn’t apologetic for not doing it and appeared not to be happy I wasted time. Normally love Rainbow but I was so disappointed in how I was treated
