I have been here a number of time previous to this visit and have been happy with the service. With this visit, there was half an hour delay taking me. No apology offered. When I walked in, I was standing at the counter for about five minutes without any greeting or recognition from the lady working in very close proximity. I sat down and waited until another lady came over afterwards. I had to point out that one of the nails was quite bumpy and nails were not to the same precision.

Oksana was amazing! She did exactly what i asked and checked in regularly along the way to make sure I was happy. I haven’t loved a haircut this much in years. will definitely be back!
