Often been left waiting for my appointment at this salon but today when I was runnning 5 minutes late stylist refused a wash,cut and blowdry-had only time to do a dry cut...then at the end tried to charge near full price !! Very disappointing,lost a regular customer..will not return !

Shellac was not done properly on toes, the application was not smooth. Cuticules were not removed just filed. The place was not clean, materials used were used and not cleaned.
The technician was nice, but Overall bad experience.
