My treatment was nice very pleased but felt a little uncomfortable at the cleanliness of the place needs deep cleaning especially the light you put your hands into realy dirty looking

Not as advertised! Booked in for 11:50, waited 25 min (for a gel removal so the treatment was 10 min), was in a rush,so didn't even go through with it in the end. The salon was packed and was in a terrible state (hair everywhere,the uv machines for the nails were disgusting, there was a dirty toe spacer on the table where manicures were done). All in all I suggest to stay away from this salon if you can.

Attitude towards customers needs to be addressed. Stood at desk for 8 minutes - manageress was level with me and did not acknowledge that I was standing there. Not a friendly attitude.
