Stunning location, and the staff were very welcoming. I definitely will be returning and treating my mam to the trip also.
definitely 5 stars from me. Relaxing in the hot tub and the whisper room.
Went in for my treatment and I was extremely relaxed and feel great a few days later.
One thing with the hot tub being outside and near the treatment rooms is that there were a couple of chatty ladies that were a bit loud so it interrupted my massage. I don't see this worth removing a star as I still had a lovely time.

I love Rainforest Day Spa it has a very relaxing ambiance. I always look forward to my visits and my children know if they don't know what to get me for Christmas / Birthdays then I will be extremely happy with some treatments from Rainforest! The staff are extremely professional and they always try to fit me in if I need my nails done urgently or need a deep tissue massage after too much computer work! I would highly recommend Rainforest Day Spa and have to some friends looking for a day of pampering. Fiona

COMPLETLY addicted to Rainforest Day Spa, it is not only good for the body but also the mind & soul too. It has the perfect setting away from the world yet just a few minutes from the m50. Suffering from chronic pain regular massage maintains a level of wellness that improves life. From first arrival getting into the dressing gown, using the beautiful facilities the outdoor hot tub overlooking beautiful scenery to relaxing in the whisper lounge with a milky coffee.
The staff are never in a hurry for you to leave & their niceness & easygoing mood just adds to this been the most amazing place heaven on earth
The therapists are amazing..from knowing how to read your body without even having to say , to accupunture pressure point massage to relieve muscle spasm & ease numbness & nerve pain. To the most amazing relaxing body massages to encourage sleep and rest. Been able to book the courses buy 3 get 1 free or 6 get three free means it's affordable and good value to maintain the massages. Anybody suffering from chronic pain knows it's all about distraction & stress-free, Rainforest gives you another option to the medication route.
