I booked a 45 minute treatment that was scheduled to start at 4:15pm. The treatment ahead of me ran over and so I didn’t get to start line until at least 4:20pm, however the therapist finished with me at 5:00pm sharp. I was disappointed that the treatment didn’t last the full 45mins, nor did the therapist ask me any particular areas I would like her to focus on or how intense I would like my massage. Unfortunately it wasn’t the best treatment I’ve had here and I was disappointed.
