I booked a 60 min back, neck and shoulder massage, followed by a 30 min Indian head massage.
When I got there, the masseuse insisted that I strip fully. I explained what I booked but she wouldn't listen. I hoped for the best and that it was a misunderstanding but despite my protests I was given a full body massage which wasn't what I wanted/needed.
Near the end there was about 10 mins work on my head, but that was that.
Very disappointing.
