Lovely place always busy, but sometimes too busy so you could be waiting 10 minutes after your booked appointment time

When it initially opened everything seem sterilised and clean. This isn’t the case anymore, i assume because it’s so busy. I don’t think the clean or sterilised the tools after each person. The lady who done my eyebrows never washed her hands to begin with I had to ask if she did.
It’s a pity because it is a prime location etc

I was seen promptly. My Pedicurist was very professional throughout. When I picked a nail colour she trialled it on one nail and checked with me that I was happy with my choice. She was very thorough with my nail and foot care. I highly recommend RDS
