The appointment was on time. The salon was quite busy. The salon was clean. She gave me time to choose what colour I wanted for my biab nails. Asked exactly what I wanted through the process. My daughter got hers done as well. We were put seated together. We were both very pleased with our nails when they were finished

Two hours for an acrylic refill, didn’t keep my appointment time, got my nails filed and then waited for a half hour for someone to start the refill. It would take an hour max anywhere else. Lovely staff and clean. Just poor time management
