Polish was put on very thick so was not dry when leaving so 3 nails got smudged were re done by a gentle man on reception. dislike that the staff speak in Chinese to one another when dealing with guest feel this is very rude but is a trait in a lot of salons.

Had booked Mia on treatwell. Unfortunately even tough Mia was on my booking email it did not transfer to RDS. Having received a call the day before to change my booking by one hour I foolishly thought this was to allow Mia's start time. Not so
