I liked it, but I had booked a time via the app for 3pm so I was seen an hour and a half later as it was full of people. this is the negative point

Polish was put on very thick so was not dry when leaving so 3 nails got smudged were re done by a gentle man on reception. dislike that the staff speak in Chinese to one another when dealing with guest feel this is very rude but is a trait in a lot of salons.
