Don’t know if the girl is only learning but I didn’t get what I paid for as I have had this service done here a few times before. She couldn’t do French toes and after multiple times of wiping it off I had to tell her to just leave it I asked for chrome instead which I was charged extra for I do understand this as I’m a nail tech myself but considering I didn’t receive the service I wanted thought it was steep. If new we should be asked if it’s ok or receive some % off. Wasn’t happy this time.

When it initially opened everything seem sterilised and clean. This isn’t the case anymore, i assume because it’s so busy. I don’t think the clean or sterilised the tools after each person. The lady who done my eyebrows never washed her hands to begin with I had to ask if she did.
It’s a pity because it is a prime location etc
