I had a booking but was left waiting. The salon was busy & overbooked. . My Spa pedicure was not fully completed. Nails were not fully prepared before polish. Feet and legs were not massaged and no moisturiser applied. Loyalty card was not stamped.

Really happy with my nails! This was my first time visiting and I’ll definitely be back in a few weeks for a new set. I got BIAB and they look great. The staff were friendly, gave great advice, and checked in throughout to make sure everything was perfect. Great experience overall!
