The last three times I’ve been here I’ve been left waiting 30 mins or more despite making an appointment. The salon is packed and it looks as though they’ve booked more appointments than they have staff for. The staff don’t seem to engage with any of the clients and almost every member of staff is talking/shouting in Asian to each other which I think is disrespectful. I’ve no issue with the quality of work but the service is very poor so I won’t be back
