The treatment and practitioner was the best , she did a wonderful job.
The room was cold and it was a cold day .
That spoilt it for me.
As i write this I have a terrible head cold and I believe it’s because of same. I mentioned it was cold and she got heaters but it was still cold .
I often enjoy treatments, the place is slways warm and inviting and the towels are heated .
This is a genuine constructive feedback as the therapist was super but the environment was not right.
