I loved my Swedish massage, knots smoothed out painlessly. It was great to get the reflexology done, not available everywhere. The therapist did find two issues that were causing me discomfort.

I thoroughly enjoy my outings to Renew. Rose, Emma and Laura are lovely ladies who are more than competent in their treatments.I have monthly facials with Rose. Excellent. I also have other treatments and I am always happy.
The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Any of my friends who go to Renew are equally happy with it.

I had a lovely facial with Emma she was so reassuring as it took time for me to relax, but it was an excellent facial which I really enjoyed and I would love to go back again.
I would recommend to book in advance if you are staying in the hotel as not to be disappointed if you don't get a time slot .
