Love this salon, great atmosphere, friendly staff and excellent service. My new local for hair & beauty treatments!
Great salon, but magazines need to be updated
I was looked after by Tanya, who was very professional, salon was spotless clean, and although it was very busy everyone was looked after promptly, great friendly atmosphere, great value for money, came out feeling relaxed and revived :)
Girl who has done Mani for me was very friendly and precise. She noticed that my cuticles looked ok so she offered me instead to made them more shiny. She was very careful and every time she did something she asked me if I like it. I was matmę a bit disappointed that for 22 Euro you will not get colour polish only top coat.Anyway I think it was OK and I would go again.
I first attended here in March for my nails to be done, had heart great things about the twins and their nails and said I'd give it a go, I got another one of their staff members who was certainly not pleasant and took all the length out of my nails even after I asked not to. Last week my partner booked me in for acrylics to be refilled, and I ended up with the same staff member. Again, she was completely unpleasant to deal with, I felt like I was being an inconvenience to her day just being there. This time, my nails were done terribly, not only was I in pain when she continued to file on my nail bed with a machine, but my nails themselves have bumps all over them like the colour has shrunk under the lamp and the edges of my nails aren't painted and are sharp(they keep catching in clothes). To top all this off, when I was finally relieved that she had finished my nails, I took up my handbag, wished her a good weekend as I headed for the door, to be stopped with a terrible look and a condescending tone and asked "Ehhh, are you not going to fix her up for that". If they had checked their appointments for the day, or she had listened to a word I said, she would have known it was booked and paid-for through Treatwell instead of embarrassing a paying customer in front of the whole salon. Definitely won't be returning.
