Extremely dissatisfied with my recent haircut. I clearly asked for two specific things: a different style and bangs. Neither was done, and no alternative options were offered or discussed. I’m fully aware my hair is thin—that’s exactly why I came in hoping to achieve a fuller look. Instead, the cut made my hair appear even thinner. I’ve had great experiences with other staff members in the past, but this time was completely different. I did not feel heard at all!!
