I used to go to random salons to get a 'cheap' haircut. I'd always come out feeling 50% satisfied. Today I got my haircut at this lovely little salon tucked near Portobello. I left the salon with a genuine smile on my face. Flavio asked to see what the haircut I wanted then he talked me through the steps, length of how much he was going to take off my hair and making sure it was my ideal length. I think I have a new favourite salon now. Would definitely come back to try their other hair service

I’m so sorry to be writing this review because I loved this salon but I booked in for the volume infill and they’ve barely lasted a week. The lash artist was on her phone for 3/4 of the appointment as well, which was really frustrating and I know she was on her phone because she kept leaning to the left of me, would stop doing anything to my lashes and when I got up I saw that’s where her phone was. I have lashes done for 6 years, 1.5 hours was enough time for a volume infill; they were so thin!
