I had booked an appt for 8am with Ariana. I specifically wanted her as had her do my brows before after bad experiences in other salons. Firstly I got a msg moving my appt to 8.20 which actually meant I had to reschedule a meeting in work. The text didn’t give an option to decline and I had prepaid. And then when I arrived Ariana wasn’t actually there. So it wasn’t the time I had booked for, or the person which was disappointing service. Lucky for me, Caroline did an amazing job and is so lovely

Ariana is very professional and great at what she does. She had been doing my eyebrows for a few years and for the first time she did my make up. Ariana captured what I was looking for. I loved the makeup she did and received many compliments. Alison is also an excellent professional and did my hair exactly as I asked. I highly recommend Rochas Beauty Concept.
