I loved my experience, I highly recommend Lilian, she is the best, she has a perfect technique, the eyelashes are always wonderful, I am always treated very well and very well attended.

Had a really bad experience with my refill. I woke up with swollen eyelids & under eye area and red eyes the next day. As I was flying on the day I called them as soon as I reached my destination to get information on the steps I should take. Staff wouldn’t understand English and after two calls I received a call back. I did not receive any helpful information and was just fobbed off. They confirmed the glue used is not hypoallergenic and didn’t send me the ingredients as promised on the phone.
