My two eyebrows were drawn completely different especially the one on the left had completely no shape because the hair removed was not right at all (difficult to explain in message, but hair picked to remove was evidenced not to be really good) which ended up making my left eyebrows shapeless and couldn't fix as much hair was removed unequal from the sides. Wouldn't be back again but overall, it was not the worse experince, I would say my eyebrows were still okay but not good and how I asked to
