This is the 4th or 5th time I've rebooked brow lamination - I always love the results!

This was my worst experience in a salon unfortunately.
I told Cassia that it was my first time getting brow lamination and that I would need some explanations through the process. She seemed so exhausted and did the whole process without asking me at anytime what I wanted or expect. She even omitted the aftercare treatment at the end. The results was awful and when I told her that I was not happy, she just left. I never complain, but this experience was exceptionally unpleasant.
