Great straight blowdry and very friendly staff

My booking was at 11:30am however I was sitting there until almost midday waiting for the hairdresser to arrive. No explanation as to why she was 30 mins late & her apology was minimal. A bit inconvenient as it had a knock on affect on the rest of my plans for that day.
The blow dry however was good and lasted the day/night. Pity about the lack of punctuality - left a sour taste in my mouth unfortunately.

The staff at Ruth's is super friendly, and the value for money is not bad! However, the salon did not look very clean.
