Friendly staff but the quality of their product is not what I was expecting, make up did not look well at all

While the lady who looked after me was quite nice I found the treatment room to be below standard. The bin was overflowing, the bed cover was dirty and the room had a grubby feel. She didn't use a magnifier while doing the electrolysis. Quite disappointed with this experience
