I was booked in for an apt and through the apt a lady came in to the room twice to tell my therapist to hurry up as they were closing. The whole experience felt rushed & aside from that part my lashes from the LVL were singed. I assume the product was left on too long. The ends/tips of lashes ended up with frazzled/split ends. I won’t be back.
