The staff here was rude and obstructive. Despite using Treatwell for bookings with the salon before, the staff member said she didn’t understand Treatwell. I had dealt with this exact lady before with previous bookings on Treatwell. So this was not true. When she looked at my confirmation, I was told initially she would have to hear back from her manager before proceeding. She did not want to honour the booking and money I had paid. When I pay in advance I trust I will get the service I pay for

Very strange experience, the therapist was not familiar with the treatment (cellulite massage)that I booked from the salon menu. She came in when I was changing at the end to fix the bed. I was only 1 minute changing. She was a nice girl just completely inexperienced and untrained
