I’ve had Andra do my nails and she’s always been brilliant. This time I didn’t have Andra and I was disappointed with my experience. When refilling my BIAB I was told quite abruptly I should have booked removal even though there’s no option to do so, I was later told this was going to cost an extra €10 this time but €20 next time. My skin was painfully filed on the side of my nails and I was given only 4 sheer colour options which wasn’t the case previously. I won’t be returning I don’t think.
