the work was good but I felt like she did not listen to me about my hair's behaviour which caused sub optimal results

The hair dresser had a lock of interaction skill didn't listen to what I want and asked the thing that already told her and while I was talking to her she was barely make eye contact with me and looking for something.. I could tell she is not listening so I had to remind her what I said ti her several time and at the end she didn't do layer on my back hair so I asked her to do it but she rejected cus she think I didn't ask for it. It was uncomfortable and stressful experience
