Honestly can’t believe I’ve had to write this. I have been getting waxed for years and never experienced a waxing like it. I paid for it in advance for the lycon wax which there was just one type of wax in both pots (lycon is not beaded wax) No pre cleanse, no talc, it felt like she was applying chewing gum to me, it was rough and uncomfortable. I was left raw & sore afterwards Never again will I book a last minute appointment & certainly not here
