I booked for a cut and bouncy blow dry before a wedding. After shampoo there was no conditioner applied, not necessarily the end of the world however during the trim/blowout there were absolutely no products used on my hair (at the very least I had expected some heat protection spray before curling!). Just some hairspray at the end. The whole process was done in 25 minutes which felt short. The lady was nice enough but overall it was a very bizarre salon experience and my hair dropped very fast.
