Amazing as always! Neela is fab and SO accommodating. Love my lashes by Lulu- can barely feel her working and they last very well.

The wax was done in a rush. Upper lip full of hair, pulled once in a big stripe of wax leaving me full of tiny spots. Hollywood was only done in front, hair was fully there, bottom was not done. Disappointing, waste of my time waste of my money as now I have patches of hair around my upper lip I need to wait for it grow just big waste of my time, also very painful as it was been pulled in huge stripes of wax. Just terrible place so unprofessional
