It was awful and painful experience. It’s not my first time doing a facial, I did it before and I know it shouldn’t be like this - so uncomfortable. Felt like it was done in such a rush, no consideration for the customer! And don’t make me start on removing the cream with just dry wipes and no protection for hair, just kept feeling it on my face. I won’t be going there again that’s for sure!
