The guy that did my hair was very nice he asked me throughout the appointment whether I was comfortable with the temperature of the water , temperature of the hairdryer and asked whether I was okay whilst I was waiting for the treatment to settle in my hair. He was very attentive,polite and did a great job. My whole experience from the girl who booked me in till the end was smooth running.

So called "Ilona, award-winning anti-ageing expert" was not to be seen. I was treated by a very young woman who was on a short-term training arrangement, as far as I could understand. Her English was not good. The full body scrub was not full body, but back & back of legs and arms. The front of my legs and décolletage were untouched. I did not complain because she was so young and nice, but not good enough from the salon. This was not good prep for a spray tan, which was the purpose of the visit
