Luana usually does my hair but I booked an emergency appointment with Carolina, Salon 14's new stylist. She used to be a colourist for L'oreal and she really rescued my hair and gave me the most beautiful blonde highlights. My colour is better than I expected and she has greatly improved the health and condition of my hair. I couldn't ask or more and am very happy.
