Ilona is the nicest woman in the world and puts me completely as ease for what I thought would be a very awkward and exposed experience. She was the first waxer I’ve ever been too and I keep coming back for how patient and lovely she is. She keeps me totally distracted and it gets so much easier every time. I would completely recommend her to anyone who is a first timer, or a little nervous or needs to be a little bit minded/eased into it. Or anyone just looking for a solid wax.

Very bad treatment from the side of the manager. Gives the impression that she doesn't want to work and definitely doesn't invite you to book again in the salon. Kate on the contrary is a good hair-dresser and friendly. I would totally recommend her

I'm a regular client of Salon 14 so I know to expect exceptional service in a spotless salon. However, I was having a really bad day and all the staff jumped in to take care of me and cheered me up. It was above and beyond their job description but very helpful to me. Thank you so much and see you all next time!
