Firstly, she ignored my request to not use extreme drying products on my dry skin by applying heavily based alcohol/purfume products. Said she’d never heard of Salicylic Acid (very well known ingredient in many cleansers). She continually used physical exploiants (which is well known to damage your skins natural barrier). She made VERY rasist comments and said afterwards I was lucky we have to wear masks now so at least I can cover up my face so people don’t see it! Go elsewhere. Refund now.
