I booked a curly blow dry last minute. My jacket wasn’t taken from me when I entered the salon or my bag so I had to keep it on my lap getting my hair washed and left it on when my hair was being styled. The towels had some bleach on them and my curly blow dry lasted about 2 hours. When I came home the back was already going flat but that could have been because my hair is naturally straight. I would have liked to feel welcomed but I felt as if I was rushed and not cared for or looked after well

It was a really great Saturday afternoon pampering session at Salon 14. the staff was extremely helpful, and a special shout out to Dario for bringing my dead hair back to life, Dana for my amazing nails (got so many compliments) and Neela for making my eyebrows look pretty again and overall providing great company and customer experience ! Definitely recommending it to all my friends !
