The chair I was on was tilted too high & wasn't comfortable.You would also expect to have some music switched on at the back but there was none. I was in ALOT of pain, the numbing cream worn out shortly after she began the process. And she did not even pause or comfort me when I was clearly in pain. She had a friend with her who she was teaching but professionally you should have introduced the person rather than just having someone lurk around. The brows were okay but it was actually too long.
