So I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted in Salon 14 last Friday. I wasn’t greeted went I first came into the salon but told that I was to go upstairs. The girl doing my eyebrows had a PPE face mask on throughout and was coughing, sneezing and sniffling. I thought this was very unhygienic. She wasn’t very polite when I tried to make small talk with her and at one point her phone rang and she had a 5 minute conversion in a foreign language while doing my eyebrows. I have a vain above my eye and at one point she asked “what happened here?”. This was quite insulting. I wasn’t happy with the overall shape and the colour of tint she used. I will not be returning to this salon.

I went in for a hollywood wax, which certainly means a full wax back and front! Only front was done mostly and back was almost left undone. Also, it was painful, though they commit in their description that it is less painful. Not going back there. NOT RECOMMENDED
