First time at this studio, and first Hollywood wax experience. Needless to say, I was a bit nervous going in for this treatment. Neela was excellent in explaining the process. She obviously is very experienced as I felt very little, if any discomfort. Her warm and reassuring personality, in addition to being a wonderful conversationalist, only added to allaying any anxiety I may have felt. I highly recommend getting any waxing done by Neela at Studio 14!
