Aj and Augusto did an amazing job. They both worked on my hair and were really attentive and didnt miss a hair to straighten. I was nervous to do this because my hair was permed and I wanted it straight again and could possibly really damage my hair with another chem process. I waited 60hrs before washing my hair and it is so straight and even softer than it was before. I will say I have thick strong and normally healthy hair and the perm was 8mnths old. Thats why I took the chance. Glad I did!
