Unfortunately the room was extremely cold, dirty and noisy. The walls had black dust while the trolly holding the equipment was COVERED in a slimy yellow substance despite the fact it was a white trolly which was right up near my face. The towels smelled very damp like they had not been washed and the equipment was cheap and seemed to be broken also the wires and plus had black shirt all over them. The steamer hardly let out anything and just seemed to make a loud bubbeling noise rather then being useful. I could hear the nightclub style music from the salon downstairs throughout the whole treatment so I could not relax what so ever. the bed did not have the typical "hole" for my face so I was forced to lay in a very awkward position with my head crooked and I am now sitting 3hrs later with a very sore neck. I can not believe I paid for this outrageous service. I would recommend going ANYWHERE else
