This was not a pedicure. This was a file and polish - the name of the treatment was so misleading. I went in here expecting to get a proper pedicure - foot soak, cuticle work, foot scrub, all the normal things you’d get in a pedicure. All I got was a file and polish done upstairs where it’s dirty and messy and not at all relaxing. The woman who did the nails barely said 10 words to me and came off as quite rude. It made me feel very awkward and overall, I was disappointed and underwhelmed. I was looking forward to a nice pampering pedicure but I did not get that. The only positives I have was that the woman at the front desk was lovely, and that they have a wide choice of colours to choose from. If I had known it wasn’t going to be a proper pedicure I wouldn’t have booked it. Disappointed.
