My nails weren't left to soak long enough for the shellac to come off easily so the shellac was roughly hacked off. If I had wanted to damage my nails I wouldn't have paid for the shellac to be taken off properly. Then my nails had to be filed down shorter than I would have liked.The colour was upplied unevenly or the quality of the pigment is poor. Either was my nails are patchy. I wasn't even consulted about the number of coats. In fact the manicurist said all of about three words to me. It was an extremely odd experience. This was my 5th time there but I won't be back.

Augusto did an amazing job with my Japanese hair straightening! He was so nice and did an incredibly thorough job. I would definitely recommend!

They are great gur kadt minute appointments. They've never turned me away. It is good value especially considering the location. The girl who did my nails is always very friendly and never rushes me even when I want another coat! The nail supplies and tools and table is a little shabby but I am happy with the job she did. Thanks
