the only reason I give it a 3 because I paid for a full Héad of highlights ,cut and blow wave and I never got my haircut....The hair dressed did a fantastic job and I love my hair ,He was open and honest about the health of my hair and I even paid an extra 32 Euro for the toner and olaplex treatment which I totally understand paying for but considering I had already paid for a haircut I never recieved I feel a little robbed .

Went in for my eyelash extension removal which was done quickly and pain free! Whilst I was getting my treatment my son (5 months) became very upset so the manager took him out of his pram and held him until I was finished. She didn’t make me feel like it was an inconvenience at all which made my whole experience better and even more relaxing!
