It’s the only place I go for a hair cut and style. And I travel from Knocklyon every time on the bus into town. Worth every bit of the journey 🙌🏽👌🏽😍

I sent this message privately to the salon through Facebook weeks ago which they ignored so I decided to share my message to see if they decide to respond... I thought I should let you know after leaving the salon, I woke up with painful feet on Friday. Very unhappy with the service. I mentioned to the woman a few times when she was using the blade on my foot that I did not think the skin was soft enough as the water leaked out of the foot soak after 5 minutes and I was left there for over half an hour until I actually had to get up and walk downstairs to get someones attention . As I said I mentioned a few times that it was uncomfortable when she was trying to scrape the skin off my feet which was shown when the blade actually snapped! After over an hour and 45 minutes she asked what shellac I wanted and having tender feet at this point and having an exam to go to i just left it. No offer of a refund and was given contradictory information trying to justify the fact I was forgotten about. We are all human and we all forget things and want a cup of tea (as the lady was having when I was left upstairs with a leaking foot spa) after a long day but in this case honesty would have been the best policy. I wasn't even going to contact you and I was just going to leave it as a bad experience however due to the pain I am in I feel it necessary to tell you as I am unable to go out tonight to an event due to this.
