This is my fourth time at this salon and up to this point it’s been positive. I always get a fringe cut and bring a reference pic with me. The fringe that I got was too short and one side is longer than the other. I always get a long fringe with face framing edges, however this time I’m left with a fringe above the brow and two pieces of hair on each side of my face completely disconnected from the fringe. Not blended at all. The staff were extremely rude. They washed my hair in cold water.
