Do NOT book this salon, it’s filthy, the staff are ignorant. Irma said few words to me such as “sit” and “follow”. Staff speaking another language to each other. If you could even call what I got a blowdry, no products used and questionable smelling shampoo. Butchered my haircut. Overall a horrific experience, i was beyond uncomfortable and just wanted to get out. I have never left a bad review before but I genuinely felt unsafe in this salon and urge you not to book.

This place is for all the needs I have for my spontaneous nights out. Gorgeous staff, professionals in all they do. I am always greet very well and I always leave relaxed and happy. I'll be back to Salon14 every time!

My hair wasn’t blow dried properly it was blow dried with her fingers not a brush. It was frizzy and then a straightener was put on it. Was frizzy as soon as I left the salon. Extremely disappointing

I have never had such an experience in a hairdressers in my life. I felt embarrassed because of the way the hairdresser spoke to me on front of other customers. I will never return again and advice others to do the same. I am absolutely disgusted by the treatment I received
