Unfortunately, the stylist had poor English and couldn’t discuss what I wanted. As a result of this I got a trim and was afraid to allow her touch the hair around my face. The cut was very uneven- she never checked it. When she blow dried it she used her hands holds to hold the hair so it looked greasy and flicked it up at the ends so I couldn’t see how uneven it was. Awful!
